Grounded Living

Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: June 2026

Right now, we don't use affiliate links at all. When we mention a specific product, it's simply because we've found it helpful and think you might too — we earn nothingif you go buy it. We're a young blog just getting started, and for now our only goal is to be genuinely useful and find out which articles actually help people.

If that changes

Down the road we may join affiliate programs (like Amazon Associates), where a retailer shares a small cut of a sale — at no extra cost to you— if you buy through one of our links. If and when we do, we will update this page and clearly label those links on the articles themselves. We'll never hide it.

Our promise

Money will never change our opinion. We only mention products we've researched or used ourselves, and we'll happily tell you when something popular isn't worth your money. If we ever receive a product for free to review, we'll say so clearly in that article.

Advertising

We also display ads from third-party ad networks. These ads help keep our content free. We don't control which specific ads appear, and an ad appearing on our site is not an endorsement.

Not medical advice

Everything on Grounded Living is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine, starting a supplement, or treating a condition.
